運動遊戲與小遊戲
(Sport Games and Small Games)

Sutter在青少年時期,對體育與運動課感到高度的興趣,因此常利用空閒時間練習不同種類的球類運動。無論是手球、籃球、排球或是地板曲棍球,都非常熱衷,也為日後的發展奠下基礎。在專業培訓發展上,最初即著重於各種不同球類的運動遊戲,並且很早就有機會能有接觸教學活動的機會。在過去的幾年裡,對於一般運動或尤其是在運動遊戲方面的興趣與技能,以及在布來登的運動訓練工作,主要是透過學校和大學的專業培訓得以實現。另一項興趣則是語文,目前已順利完成德國文學學業。在擔任教師工作之餘,也對記者的工作有所涉略。自2005年起,開始參與瑞士國家專家教師培訓活動,而2009年開始在義大利的國際體育教學研討會擔任講師。

跳繩
(Rope Skipping)

鄧麗湘老師現任教澳門高美士中葡中學,自2007年開始致力推廣跳繩運動,2009年及2010年榮獲澳門教育暨青年局教學設計獎勵計劃優異獎(花式跳繩)。現任中國澳門跳繩總會理事長兼教練,曾帶領澳門代表隊於2011年第六屆亞洲跳繩錦標賽中奪得7金8銀3銅成績,並打破3項亞洲紀錄;2012年於第九屆世界跳繩錦標賽中再奪2金5銀4銅。

阻力訓練
(Resistance Training)

俞齊親老師前北一女中教師,擔任中華全民運動管理協會有氧體適能部主任委員。美國Strong First Kettlebell SFG L1壺鈴講師,CCFC健身體適能教練與功能性懸吊訓練授課講師。美國有氧體適能協會(AFAA) PFT個人體適能顧問與A-PIC有氧舞蹈指導員檢定合格證照、紐西蘭 Les Mills Body Pump有氧槓鈴指導教練,並獲邀臺北市運動基層訓練站體能訓練指導教官,榮獲102學年度臺北市藝術藝能類優良教師。藉由過去競技體操與健美等競技運動接觸背景,結合健身體適能創意教學經驗,將阻力訓練的方法與教學模式,設計成多樣、有趣,並能提升核心價值與運動效率的教學方式。從事基層教育達30年以上,瞭解克服許多不同教學環境,所需的備課巧思,學生能從小空間或隨手取得的物件,達到阻力訓練的效果,並從中認識其重要性,提升體適能與增進運動表現。期望藉由本次研討會,分享教學經驗,使教育界同好們能適時運用在體育教學中。

潘靖老師1971年在北投出生,在煙霧瀰漫、充滿著古老氣息硫磺味的北投下沐浴成長。自幼習武,好學習、喜把玩,別有滋味,故常有物外之趣,樂在其中。博覽各家武學名派後, 鍾愛太極拳與太極導引,與此相濡以沫並安身立命。「熊衛老師入室弟子」,專長太極導引、太極拳、武術。 不但於豐富業界教學經驗,同時擁有國家級太極拳教練、太極拳裁判等證照,多次獲獎經驗,希冀能將這項將太極介紹給大家。

正念訓練在運動表現的運用
(Mindfulness and Sports Performance)

張振興老師現任臺灣正念發展協會監事、同時也擔任法鼓山德貴學院、台灣正念工坊、華人正念減壓中心、行天宮社會大學、加州健康研究院的講師。迄今超過二百場次的演講授課經驗,受邀國內各大學及機構、醫院帶領正念相關課程與演講,也受邀中國、加拿大、美國、馬來西亞帶領正念課程及演講。 40歲以後離開職場,走出社會價值觀。熱愛真理,探索生命追尋真理,修學止觀,每天9~13小時練習,超過1000日以上的止語靜心訓練。也投入新時代的身心靈療癒領域。學習隨順當下生命之流,安詳自在。

拔河教學
(Tug of War )

陳建文老師為現任國立臺灣海洋大學共同教育中心體育教育組專任助理教授,主要教授海洋獨木舟、水肺潛水等海洋教育與推廣相關課程。教學之外,協助拔河隊、木球隊與龍舟隊訓練,皆曾獲全國冠軍;社會服務方面:曾任南投縣拔河委員會總幹事、中華民國拔河運動協會理事及規則審查委員,自2009年起擔任男子拔河國家代表隊教練(累計共獲世錦賽7面金牌、亞錦賽5面金牌),目前亦擔任國際拔河總會技術委員會及運動員委員會之亞洲區代表(2012年至今)。

葛晶珮老師現職為臺北市立第一女子高級中學體育科專任教師。術科專長為排球,1989年至1994年入選國家代表隊隊員,擔任舉球員位置。國立臺灣師範大學畢業後,擔任體育教師及基層排球教練已二十年,擁有體育排球課程教學、排球營隊講師及高中聯賽甲乙級球隊教練經驗。希望以合適的教學方式,使學生學習排球運動樂在其中。並藉由此研討會,與諸位老師分享教學經驗與交流排球運動學習方法。

定向越野
Orienteering

陳俊民老師任教於國立中正大學運動競技學系,也是現任的中華民國定向越野協會副理事長。於民國95年在中正大學成立定向越野運動代表隊,草創初期默默耕耘,帶領學生東征西討,在全國性比賽中屢創佳績,每年培育優秀選手進入國家代表隊,其指導的選手在世界排名賽和亞洲錦標賽都有金牌的成績,去年更有兩位選手入選2017世界運動會國手,讓中正大學成為臺灣定向越野運動國手的搖籃。陳俊民老師為國內第一位取得世界定向越野總會認證的國際裁判,從2009年高雄世界運動會與臺北聽障奧運會到2016年亞洲錦標賽,皆扮演裁判長的領導角色,辦理國際比賽與定向越野活動的經驗豐富,並曾榮獲教育部頒發體育績優活動奉獻獎。目前除了是運動競技學系專長教練外,亦經常在國內辦理定向越野的大小講習和訓練。期望藉由本次研討會,分享在大學與中小學的教學實務與辦理活動經驗,讓大家認識定向越野運動,並運用在未來的體育教學中。

Street Racket)

Marcel Straub has been a Physical Education (PE) teacher for more than 15 years after studying PE at Zurich University. He then became the head of the Centre of Competence for Physical Education in the City of Zurich, Switzerland and was in charge for 115 schools and 1500 PE teachers for a ten year period. In those years Straub and his team supported PE for over 30,000 kids in public schools and developed systems and instruments to increase the impact of PE - and to create healthy, active schools by doing so. Straub also wrote books and teaching aids for sports and social activities in schools and the build up of motor skill competence. Street Racket also origined in the Swiss PE system.

In 2017, Straub invented a new motor skill based movement concept called Street Racket and is promoting this innovative instrument for an active lifestyle around the world. Street Racket not only promotes sports and health but also togetherness and integration. One of the big assets of the Street Racket concept is the “learning in movement” part, where subject such as languages and mathematics are combined with movement training for deeper understanding and more profound learning and having fun at the same time.

With Street Racket, two major parts of Marcel Straub’s life come together. His profound knowledge of PE and sports promotion as well as racket skills and the passion for racket sports. Straub was an international squash player representing his country for 20 years and won over 20 national squash titles. His ambition to make racket sport accessible for everyone, everywhere, at no costs, lead to this concept that Straub is presenting for the first in Asia.

Marcel Straub is also a squash and tennis coach, owner of a sports and events agency and he was the head of media for Swiss Squash for several years.

體育教學策略/翻轉教室/創意籃球教學

Koon Teck has been a Physical Education (PE) teacher for more than 10 years. He had taught PE at Pre-University and Secondary School levels. He was Head of Department (PE/CCA) for 6 years before he joined the Ministry of Education as advisor and consultant for sports in 2004. He joined NIE/PESS in 2011 and is an Associate Professor and Head of Department currently.

Koon Teck is actively involved in Basketball as both a competitive athlete and coach at various levels. His keen research areas are in coaching and teaching in PE and Sport, in particular, understanding and developing coaches and PE teachers to promote good practices. He has worked with the Singapore senior basketball team as a team manager and sport scientist to achieve a historical medal at the South East Asia Games in 2013 after 34 years where the last medal was won and maintained the same result at the same competition in 2015.

Currently, Koon Teck holds key appointments at the international and local levels, namely: Executive Board Member (Asia Representative), World Association for Basketball Coaches; Vice President, ASEAN Council for PE and Sport; Executive Board Member, Asia Association of Coaching Science; and President, Singapore Physical Education Association

Dr Zito entire life has been devoted to practicing a wide range of sports, learning the most appropriate methodologies to advance Physical Education, Sports and Health Promotion.

She has been teaching Physical Education since 1995 years at all levels, from primary/medium/high schools to Universities, both to small and big groups of students, in Italy and in abroad developing an undergraduate and postgraduate educational portfolio related to different Sports, Physical Activity and Health matters.

Dr Zito has an extensive teaching experience also in practical subject as Total body work out, Artistic Gymnastic and Beach tennis.

下野六太老師於1989年開始教職的生涯,初始於國民中學擔任保健體育教師,於2011年榮獲讀賣教育獎「保健體育」領域中最優秀獎,並於全日本學校體育研究大會教學示範教師,也在日本NHK「ニュースウォッチ9」節目特集示範講師;接著於2012年獲日本文部科學大臣(同臺灣教育部長)優秀教師,且於2012年、2014年分別受邀演出日本電視台「史上最想上的課」,於2014年開始擔任國立島根大學特殊課程講師,也受邀演出「キボウラジオ」,並陸續在九州地區體育學會國際研討會、日本運動教育學會國際研討會主要講者,並於2015年擔任國立愛媛大學特殊課程(軟墊)講師、獲得福岡縣市民教育獎(教育者傑出表現)獲獎,2016年擔任廣島縣尾道市立吉和國小6年級學生特殊游泳課程、2017年島根大學特殊課程講師、東書教育獎(教育論文競賽-國中部)優秀獎、太宰府市立太宰府國小特殊游泳課程講師、 島根縣國中保健體育研究會講師、山形市國中保健體育研究會講師等,希望將帶給大家不同的體操課程。

佐藤豊老師現任桐蔭橫濱大學體育教師教育中心主任,曾任日本文化部青年局體育課程初中和高中體育與健康課程主編,主要研究領域於體育教育與體育教育學、課外體<td align="left"育俱樂部活動、課程研究、體育管理、體育信息與傳播技術。此次研討會將介紹體適能資訊應用之系統,包含體適能知識、各類體適能要素(心肺耐力、肌力肌耐力、柔軟度)動作影片、動作實施要點提示、體適能評量等應用。

教學演示: 人體疊疊樂

Pascal Arville Born in France, I studied near Paris and became a physical education teacher in 1985. Coach in gymnastics from my youngest age, I still worked in a club in parallel with my professional activity.

Gymnastics, but also climbing and volleyball were my main sporting practices. My personal, and then my professional trips made me travel all over the world, and it's been 23 years that I live on Reunion Island, in the Indian Ocean. I was a teacher in secondary school, but also very quickly a trainer/teacher in climbing and acrobatic gymnastics for physical education teachers. Convinced of the importance of teaching physical education to young children aged 3 to 11, I became involved in the training of school teachers in 1999, and I am now working at the university, where I am head of the Physical Education Department for future teachers in primary schools. My professional motivations focus on the coherence of the teaching / learning process based on the student's path, students, all kind of students, from kindergarten to high school, in a French speaking and Creole speaking context on the one hand, or even in a multicultural context in case of exchanges with other countries in the other hand.

芬蘭教學分享

本會於2018年再次組團參與芬蘭國際體育教學研討會。在本會理事田文政教授積極促成下,黃瀚揚、原珮文、李彩華、鐘敏華等四位教師仍秉著教學與學習的熱忱,成功組團參與,於2018年7月29日至8月3日前往芬蘭參與研討會,並於返國後立刻將所學,於此次臺灣舉辦的研討會中進行分享。

李彩華老師是國立臺灣師範大學體育研究所碩士畢業,曾任現任南投縣體適能運動指導員、全國中等學動會技術指導員、全民運動輔導員、『運動i台灣』巡迴指導團運動大使指導員、綜合活動學科中心種子教師國立中興高級中學體育組長,致力於地方及校園體育教學與活動推展,擁抱教學熱忱,積極陽光的體育人~

此次分享邀請國立中興高中李彩華老師擔綱示範,與三位同行教師共同展演,期待能將芬蘭研討會寶貴的教學新知分享給國內學員。

it義大利教學分享-團體戰

本次分享由王信凱老師專長為手球,畢業國立彰化師範大學體育系;陳政智老師專長為田徑,畢業於國立清華大學體育研究所;謝玉姿老師專長為軟網,畢業於國立臺灣師範大學體育研究所。

三位講師皆為縣市健康與體育輔導團,課程設計以遊戲為核心,再導入動作技能之學習。

這次課程開發者為新竹市立西門國小 陳政智老師,轉化了義大利課程,將飛盤及足球兩種不一樣的課程就結合,利用飛盤器材的變化及足球規則,激盪出不一樣的教學火花。整個團隊想藉由實作的教學研討會模式,讓現職的教師更能即刻轉化內容而成自己的上課內容,更多面對面的對談及操作,更能激發出多元的思維及創意,期望帶動臺灣體育教學邁向國際化。

所有運動項目皆以遊戲慢慢發展演變而成,讓學生在一開始接觸運動時,使用遊戲的形式讓學生體驗及瞭解運動的本質,過程中可以用分組合作學習及異質性分組的概念帶入團隊合作之精神,是個解決學習動機的好方式!
